Adina Apartments, Copenhagen
Denmark
13th April 2012
During one of my "work and holiday" trips, I had the pleasure of staying at Adina Apartments in Copenhagen, Denmark and I must say I am extremely pleased with both the service and standards of the apartment!
I myself have made over 10-15 trips to lovely Copenhagen.
So finding this gem now is just so wonderful!

My colleague Christie and I, booked the stay not knowing what to expect and booked it mainly because it was the cheapest option on Hotels.com.
If I am not mistaken, we paid at most 700 NOK (about 120 USD) for a one night stay in a double room, and this is about half the price of what the other hotels nearer to the city cost.
Copenhagen is a relatively expensive city, so we felt 700 NOK is justifiable.

The apartment is spacious enough, bright, and airy.
It comes with all the perks of having an apartment instead of a hotel room.
Included in the room was a microwave, cutleries, a kettle, a fridge, and a dinning table
In addition, there is even a balcony to enjoy that early morning coffee.

I didn't really have the time to check out the amenities included, but I know there is a gym, and a bicycle rental service provided too.
Also, literally right beside the hotel is Netto. Netto is like a cheap convenience store type thing, where you could buy the usual groceries and maybe some food and snacks too! Very convenient! Or if you are like me, toothbrushes! I can never remember mine.

However, I should mention that Adina lies a little out of town (it lies close to where The Little Mermaid is), maybe a 10 minute train ride into the City Centre, and you would have to walk 10 minute to the train station.
We never had a problem getting on the trains, and never waited any more then 5 minutes before one arrives, so for us, it wasn't a hassle at all. In fact I rather like that we are a little out of town. It's a lot calmer and quaint!
The trains in and out does however cost about 20 DKK (per trip), so that might be something to consider if you are a large family?
In short, I have no reservations or hesitations at all in recommending this place if you are looking for a cheaper accommodation in a Copenhagen, Denmark!
